By accessing or using PixelAI (pixelai.world), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PixelAI is an AI art portfolio platform where users can showcase their AI-generated artwork, share prompts and workflows, organize collections, and participate in community challenges.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload to PixelAI. By uploading content, you grant PixelAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit, harmful, or illegal material
• Is spam, misleading, or deceptive

5. AI-Generated Content

PixelAI is designed for AI-generated and AI-assisted artwork. Users are responsible for ensuring their AI-generated content complies with the terms of service of the AI tools they use (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E).

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan: Basic access to PixelAI features including uploads, limited prompt views, and up to 3 collections.

Pro Plan ($4.99/month): Unlimited prompt views, unlimited collections, custom portfolio features, Pro badge, and early access to new features.

Billing: Payments are processed by CREEM, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at devjuno71@gmail.com.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Using automated tools to scrape or download content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Circumventing any access restrictions or payment requirements

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
